At Heart & Soul we are all trained social workers as well as psychotherapists. The idea of social work came out of the need to help groups and society as well as the individual.
This is why at Heart & Soul we offer groups for oppressed groups, victims and communities struggling to  nurture their identity and find their place in  society.
Gay pride night in June is an event which is offered to the entire community as well as transgender  community night.
