"Roz" is a former deputy director of the Suffolk County Department of Probation. She has clinical expertise in treating couples as well as adults from dysfunctional homes. Roz is a smart and competent professional who loves her work and continues to excel at it.

Summer Brady, LMHC  WBWAEQ 

Summer has worked with youth and adults as a teacher as well as a therapist. She currently works in all three of our offices and has experience working with people on the spectrum and with the LGBTQIA+ communities.

Mary Byrnes, LCSW‑R  WB  

Mary has experience working with children, adults, and couples. She specializes in treating children and adults who have experienced anxiety or post trauma. Prior to joining the Heart & Soul team in November 2015, Mary ran a trauma based treatment program in several schools.

Dania Codada, PMHNP‑BC  WB  

Dania believes in coping skills using both non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatments. She is warm, open minded and compassionate. Dania works in the West Babylon office.

Alexander Finta, LCSW  EQWB  

Alex is a clinical social worker who offers psychotherapy to adults and teenagers. He has worked as a school social worker and with the homeless population.

Patricia Fogarty, PMHNP  WBEQ  

Pat is an experienced nurse and has worked at both a school and local hospital. She helps both adults and young people starting at age eighteen.

Diana Fuzailov, LMSW  EQ  

Diana sees adults and children and works in the East Quogue office. If you are lucky you get to meet Teddy, her little dog.

Joette “Joyette” Gillies‑Nelson, PMHNP‑BC  WA  

Joette is excited to work at Heart & Soul as her first out patient mental health experience. She has also worked as a medical registered nurse.

Kimberly Preshlock, PMHNP‑BC   

Kimberly is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over sixteen years experience working with diverse populations. Kim is compassionate and perceptive. She is available via Tele-health for any clients throughout New York State.

Kathleen Spillane, PMHNP‑BC  WA  

Kathleen worked at a local psychiatric hospital for many years and has experience working with high needs clients. She helps adults and young adults.

Jaraby Thomas, LMHC‑LP  EQ  

Jaraby worked as a school counselor for many years. She speaks Spanish (se habla español) and likes working with young people and adults.

Ruthellen Trimmer, RN, PMHNP‑BC  WB  

Ruthellen is an experienced nurse practitioner who has worked at various settings including in patient and out- patient. She works with adults and young adults and also offers training to student nurse practitioners.

Shanthi Venkatachalam, PMHNP  WA 

Shanthi has many years of experience working on a psychiatric unit. She is now on our team and works in the Wantagh office. With three masters degree Shanthi is ready to help.

Tiffany has worked as a school counselor and paralegal. She helps children, adolescents and adults and the LGBTQIA communities.
